Accounting Past LGCSE Examination Papers
Overview
In most cases, Paper 1 is divided into two sections. The first section consists of 15 multiple-choice questions, while the second section, similar to Paper 2, contains long-form questions.
These Grade 11 question papers contain a wide range of questions that test different accounting principles. However, although they are valuable study resources, they are not a substitute for the study materials provided by your teachers or instructors.
The materials on this page are intended only to help you better understand accounting concepts and prepare for your Grade 11 final examinations. If a concept appears in previous examinations but is not covered in these past papers, it is your responsibility to consult other study materials to improve your understanding.
Similarly, if parts of the old syllabus appear in these question papers but have since been phased out, you can skip those sections and focus on topics that align with the current syllabus.
Exam Structure
The Accounting examination is designed to test students’ understanding of different accounting principles covered in the syllabus.
By practicing with these supplementary materials, students become familiar with:

While LGCSE past examination papers are useful study tools, they are only effective when used consistently for practice. Therefore, students are encouraged to practice regularly and not only when examinations are close.
